As a design and manufacturing engineer, Sterling was obsessed with one question: why do sunglasses have to compromise? He spent four years testing hundreds of lens combinations before finding a lens that cuts glare, preserves depth perception, and lets you see every digital screen clearly. That lens is Perfect Polarized™. That obsession is Torque Optics.

Jaymie’s the people guy. He loves learning about others, asking questions, and connecting with consumers.

Jaymie spent 20 years chasing other people's dreams. One day, he decided to stop. He started Torque Optics to build something of his own, leave a legacy for his family, and be present for the people who matter most. His inspiration is his youngest son Nash, who was born with Down Syndrome. A new lens on life is not just a tagline. It’s how Jaymie chooses to see the world.
