Refund policy
Buy with confidence. You have 30 days from delivery to make sure the fit and feel are right. If they aren't, send your pair back for a refund or exchange — no explanation needed. All we ask is that it comes back in new, resellable condition, in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
What is returnable
Your pair needs to come back in new, unused, resellable condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories included.
That includes the case, cloth, paperwork, and anything else that came with the order.
You are welcome to try them on indoors the way you would in a store.
Visible signs of outdoor wear, scratches, stretched frames, sweat marks, sunscreen residue, odors, missing accessories, or damaged packaging may make a pair ineligible for a standard return.
If something is actually wrong with the product, see the One-Year Limited Warranty.
What is not returnable
The following items are not eligible for standard returns:
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or engraved orders.
- Pairs damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper care.
- Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in resellable condition.
How to start a return
To start a return, use our online return portal linked in your order confirmation email or on our Returns page.
You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
If the portal does not recognize your order, or if you need help, email orders@torqueoptics.com and we'll help.
All returns are subject to this Return and Refund Policy, even when processed through our return portal.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal may be delayed, denied, or returned to sender.
Return shipping
Defective product or our mistake: we cover return shipping.
Changed your mind, wrong fit, or preference-based return: you cover return shipping unless you purchased eligible return coverage at checkout and your return qualifies under that coverage.
Return coverage, when offered, applies only to eligible orders and does not override our return eligibility rules. Items must still be returned in new, unused, resellable condition with original packaging and accessories.
Return instructions and timing
Once your return is authorized through the portal, follow the instructions provided.
Unless the portal or our support team gives you a different timeframe, ship the pair back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, start a claim through our return portal or email orders@torqueoptics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
If the issue is our fault or the product arrived damaged, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Credit can take a few extra days to post depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not seen the refund post, email orders@torqueoptics.com and we will look into it.
If an instant refund, store credit, or exchange option is offered through our return portal, that option may be subject to additional portal terms shown during the return process.
Refund amount
Refunds are limited to the amount you actually paid for the returned items, minus any nonrefundable shipping or return costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.
If your order included a bundle, free gift, promotional discount, or other offer, all parts of the bundle or offer may need to come back to qualify for a full refund.
When we may deny or reduce a refund
We reserve the right to deny a return or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if a returned pair arrives used, damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, missing packaging, or not in resellable condition.
We apply this consistently, and we will tell you why before we deny or reduce a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest path is usually to return the original pair and place a new order. Your new pair ships when it is available instead of waiting for the return to arrive.
If an exchange option is available through our return portal, you may use that option instead.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights described above.
To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To cancel or return an order under this right, use our online return portal or email orders@torqueoptics.com within the 14-day window.
For orders returned under this EU right of withdrawal, we also refund standard outbound shipping. You cover the cost of return shipping.
International returns
We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery.
For fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping unless eligible return coverage was purchased at checkout and applies to your order.
For defective products or our mistake, start a claim through our return portal or email orders@torqueoptics.com before sending anything back. We will work out the best path together, including who covers shipping.
Customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not refundable in any case. Those charges go to your country's government or carrier, not to us.
