“I put these Torque Fulcrums sunglasses to the test while fishing in Alaska, and the quality was excellent! The blue mirrored lenses were incredibly clear the glasses were comfortable on the river all day. I especially liked the spring hinges, which gave them a secure, flexible fit and made them easy to wear for hours, even with a hat.”

FAQs
Polarized sunglasses, answered
The questions people ask most before their first pair of Torque.
Do polarized sunglasses make it hard to see your phone or GPS screen?
With most polarized lenses, yes. The same filter that kills glare also cancels the light coming off LCD screens, so phones, dashboards and GPS units dim or black out at certain angles. Perfect Polarized™ is built to solve exactly that: glare drops away while digital displays stay bright and readable, so you can check a screen without lifting your sunglasses.
Are polarized sunglasses better for driving?
Polarized lenses are the single biggest upgrade for driving, because they cut the reflected glare coming off the road surface, other vehicles and your own windshield. The catch with standard polarized lenses is that they also dim your instrument cluster, heads-up display and navigation screen. Perfect Polarized™ keeps the glare reduction and leaves those displays readable.
Can pilots wear polarized sunglasses?
Pilots are often told to avoid polarized lenses because glass cockpit displays and instrument panels can rainbow or wash out behind them. Torque Perfect Polarized™ lenses are tuned to keep panel instruments and glass displays readable while still cutting glare off the windscreen. Always follow the guidance of your own operator and aircraft manufacturer on eyewear.
What is the difference between Perfect Polarized™ and standard polarized lenses?
Standard polarized lenses reduce reflected glare but can dim phones, dashboards and GPS screens at certain angles. Non-Polarized lenses avoid that polarization-related screen dimming, but do not selectively filter reflected glare. Torque Perfect Polarized™ lenses balance glare reduction with digital screen visibility while preserving true colors and depth perception for comfortable all-day wear. Every Torque lens also blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays; UV protection is a separate feature from polarization.
Do Torque sunglasses block 100% of UV rays?
Yes. Every Torque lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays as standard - on every frame and every lens color. It is not an upgrade or an add-on.
Which lens color should I choose?
Tahoe Blue Mirror and Summit Silver Mirror share the same amber base and 22% VLT, so just choose the mirror color you like. Smoke Gray is our darkest tint, with a classic neutral gray view. All three use Perfect Polarized™ technology.
Are polarized sunglasses good for golf?
Polarized lenses help you read the green by cutting glare off grass and water, and they reduce squinting across a full round. The usual trade-off is that a cart or handheld GPS screen goes dark behind them. Perfect Polarized™ keeps the yardage readable at address while still sharpening contrast on the green.
How do Torque frames fit?
Fulcrum is a medium-large unisex frame measuring 143 mm across, with a 16 mm bridge and 134 mm arms, which suits most face sizes. Camber is semi-rimless and lighter, with a wider open field of view built for sport. If the fit is not right, the 30-day home try-on covers the exchange.
What comes with every Torque order?
Every pair ships with the Torque Accessory Bundle: a magnetic box, a pill zipper case with carabiner, a microfiber carry pouch and two microfiber cleaning cloths. It is a $45 value included at no extra cost, and US shipping is free.
How does the 30-day home try-on work?
Try them on indoors for up to 30 days from delivery. Returns must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and accessories. You cover return shipping unless eligible return coverage applies; we cover defects or our mistakes. Every pair has a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Where are Torque sunglasses made?
Torque sunglasses are assembled in the USA and ship from our own facility. Standard US delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Can I buy a second pair at a discount?
Yes. Save $40 when you buy at least two pairs of Fulcrum or Camber sunglasses with code 2NDPAIR at checkout. One $40 discount per order. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
